Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g asparagus heads
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, old
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

A recipe that captivates with its simplicity and few ingredients: Peel the asparagus heads, heat the oil in a non-stick pan, and fry the asparagus heads over medium heat until they are nicely browned and soft. Season with salt and pepper, and deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serve with baguette.
