Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 200 g fat
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 kg quark
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla (for cooking)
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

First, combine the fat, sugar, and eggs, then stir in the remaining ingredients in any order. It’ll be ready in a food processor in a few minutes. Now just pour it into a greased cake pan. Bake at 175°C for about 1 hour. Then let it cool for about 1 hour to prevent it from falling apart when you remove the cake ring.
