Fried bananas with creamy sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the bananas, halve them lengthwise, and drizzle with lemon juice. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the banana halves until golden brown. Then remove them and arrange them on dessert plates. Mix the sour cream with the honey and serve with the bananas.
