Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g rice
- salt water
- 250 g mushrooms
- 75 g pine nuts
- 20 g butter
- salt and pepper

very good with pan-fried dishes
Cook the rice in salted water. Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms and halve or quarter them, depending on their size. Melt the butter in a large pan and sauté the mushrooms. Add the pine nuts. Season generously with salt and pepper. Finally, add the rice, mix everything together, and fry again.
