Fried Catfish Fillet

- 400 g Catfish freshly cut fish
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Lemongrass
- Fish seasoning
- 100 ml Cream
- Wash catfish lilet, pat dry and season with fish spice and lemongrass
- Heat the oil in the pan, fry the catfish on both sides, then continue cooking on both sides for about 5 minutes
