Fried Catfish Fillet

  • 400 g Catfish freshly cut fish
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemongrass
  • Fish seasoning
  • 100 ml Cream
  1. Wash catfish lilet, pat dry and season with fish spice and lemongrass
  2. Heat the oil in the pan, fry the catfish on both sides, then continue cooking on both sides for about 5 minutes
