Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g cauliflower, frozen
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 2 tsp salt
- 10 g butter

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Recycling leftovers
Boil the cauliflower in water with a teaspoon of salt until tender. Then cut the cauliflower into florets and slice the florets. Fry the cauliflower slices in a hot pan with butter. In another pan, fry 4 fried eggs. Season the eggs with salt, arrange them with the cauliflower, and serve.
