Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g chanterelles
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 shallot(s), diced
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 10 g butter
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- e.g. butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean the chanterelles and fry them in a very hot pan, tossing gently in hot oil. Add the diced shallots and chopped parsley. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and continue to fry for about 3 minutes, tossing constantly. Garnish the fried chanterelles with a knob of butter.
