Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 pts. puff pastry
  • 500 g minced lamb or beef
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 10 stuffed olives
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary
  • oil
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Thaw the puff pastry. Dice the onion and fry with the ground meat in a little oil until crumbly, then remove from the heat. Finely chop the cheese and olives and stir in. Season well with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Place 1-2 tablespoons of filling on each puff pastry disc, fold the disc over, and press the edges together. Brush the surface with beaten egg and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
