Fried Chinese cabbage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions, red
  • 400 g minced beef steak(s)
  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the onions and chop the Chinese cabbage into large pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the ground beef. Add the onions and cook for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cabbage and cook. Then add the vegetable stock and let everything simmer briefly. Add the Worcestershire sauce and sambal oelek. I serve it with wild rice.
