Baked asparagus

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg asparagus, peeled
  • 2 tbsp light sauce
  • 1 egg yolk
  • lemon juice
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • Fondor
  • Parsley, chopped
  • 2 eggs, boiled, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • ¼ liter broth from the asparagus

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the asparagus in Fondor water until tender and place it in an ovenproof dish. Stir the sauce powder into the asparagus water, stir in the egg yolk to thicken it, and season with lemon juice. Pour over the asparagus, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in the oven. Garnish with egg, tomatoes, and parsley.
