Fried Chinese noodles

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s), green
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 2 carrots
  • 180 g shrimp(s) or 250 g chicken
  • 1 pack of Chinese noodles
  • ½ jar bamboo shoots
  • Ginger root
  • Garlic
  • 1 dash of soy sauce
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with vegetables and chicken or shrimp

Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions. Place the shrimp or finely chopped chicken in a bowl with some fresh ginger, about 1 clove of garlic, and soy sauce and let stand for about 15-30 minutes. In the meantime, finely chop the bell pepper, leek, and carrots. Add the shrimp or chicken to the pan and fry. Remove from the pan and transfer to a bowl. In the same pan, fry the chopped vegetables and bamboo shoots, then add them to the bowl. Lightly fry the cooked noodles in the pan. Add the vegetables and shrimp or chicken. Mix well and season with ginger, salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
