Fried Couscous Vegetables with Fish
The perfect fried couscous vegetables with fish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cup Couscous
- 2,5 Coffee cups Water
- 0,25 Broccoli
- 0,5 Cauliflower fresh
- 2 Sliced carrots
- 1 Onion
- Spices at will
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth
- 2 Hake fillets
- Oil for frying
- Cut the vegetables as well as the fish. Then put the broccoli + cauliflower in boiling water.
- Sauté the diced onion in oil, then add the carrots. When the cauliflower and broccoli are firm to the bite, slowly skim off the cousous and pour the cousous into the pan, then deglaze with the water (add the vegetable stock as well!), Put the lid on and let the couscous steep. When the couscous is nicely swollen, add the firm broccoli and cauliflower .. last but not least, add the diced fish .. approx. Mix everything well for 5 minutes and then season. It can also be added after soy sauce, tastes very good! The dish is super easy, quick and tastes good!
