Peach Yogurt Sheet Cake

The perfect peach yogurt sheet cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cup Natural yoghurt
  • 4 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup Powdered sugar and something to dust
  • 1 Cup Cooking oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 400 gr Canned peach
  1. Mix the sugar, powdered sugar, eggs and oil until frothy.
  1. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Add half of the peach juice and stir everything into a smooth batter.
  1. Cut peaches into slices or pieces. Spread the dough evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the peach pieces on top.
  1. Bake at around 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes (plus / minus) in between, pay attention to it and make a test whether the dough is done. Do not leave it in the oven for too long, otherwise the cake will be too dry.
  1. Done! Let cool, cut into pieces of equal size and dust with powdered sugar. If you want, you can serve freshly whipped cream. Have fun 🙂
