Ingredients
 

  • 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1,2 liter Vegetable broth
  • 4 Sausages
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean the vegetables. Peel the carrots and celery. Cut the leek into rings. Halve the carrots and cut into slices. Dice the celery. Roughly chop the parsley.
  • Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the vegetables in it. Pour the stock, simmer everything for 10 minutes. Press the sausage meat piece by piece from the sausages into the stock and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the soup on plates and serve sprinkled with parsley.
