Ingredients
 

  • 2 bunch Soup greens fresh
  • 1,5 L Beef broth
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 150 g Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 bunch Chives

Instructions
 

  • For the deep-fried soup, clean the soup greens and cut into small pieces. Bring the vegetables to the boil in the beef broth. Then take out the vegetables and only use the broth.
  • Prepare the batter for the pancakes from milk, flour, eggs and salt. Bake thin pancakes in butter in a pan, cover and keep warm. Cut two noodle pieces into strips, sprinkle with chives and add to the soup.
