Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 dumplings (each made from approx. 75 g raw dough)
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Sunday dumplings, also great as a side dish

Cut the dumpling(s) into slices. Heat a pan with oil and fry the dumpling slices until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot. As a main course, tzatziki, ketchup, or a nice salad are best served with it. As a side dish, the dumpling slices can be eaten with anything, like fries or potato wedges.
