Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 5 g butter
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 70 g cheese (Gouda), coarsely grated
  • n. B. spice(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat a nonstick pan on the stovetop until thoroughly heated. Then add the butter. Crack the eggs into the hot oil. Sprinkle evenly with parsley and cheese, and cook at reduced heat for about 6 minutes. Season to taste with salt, white or black pepper, paprika, etc. Serve with dark, hearty bread. Variation: Instead of butter, lightly fry a thin slice of bacon.
