Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 ml milk (0.3%)
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, of your choice
  • Sweetener, liquid
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

WW – suitable. (2.5 points per portion)

First, you make a pudding from the pudding powder, sweetener, and milk and let it cool. Then you fold the beaten egg whites into the mixture. It tastes like real custard, but is much lower in calories.
