Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 fried fish, frozen
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 small chili pepper(s)
  • 2 quail eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brush the fried fish with butter. Cut the chili pepper into small rings, remove the seeds, and scatter the chili over the fish. Open the quail eggs with a serrated knife and place them on top of the fish. Fry the fish in a pan from the bottom and flame over it with the gourmet torch. Arrange and serve. If the eggs slide off the fish, fry them separately until they are firm and can be removed from the pan. Then remove them from the pan and place them on top of the fish.
