Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bulb(s) of fennel
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Trim the fennel bulbs, halve them, and cut them into thin strips. Set the fennel fronds aside. Fry the fennel strips in hot olive oil with the crushed garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the chopped greens. Delicious hot, lukewarm, or cold, as an appetizer or with pasta.
