Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g rice
- 3 eggs
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- pepper
- Salt
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Finely chop the spring onions and garlic. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Whisk the egg yolks and pour them over the cooked rice, ensuring the yolk is evenly distributed throughout the rice. Fry the garlic in oil. Then add the rice and egg mixture and fry. Press the rice firmly with a spatula to ensure the egg is thoroughly cooked. Add the spring onions and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
