Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- 2 sausages (Vienna)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 100 g cooked ham
- ½ jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 can peas
- 2 onions
- 2 can/n tomatoes, chunky
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tomato(s)
- 100 g minced meat, seasoned, half and half
- ½ cup crème fraîche
- 3 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
- Curry powder or paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- possibly tarragon
- some olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Self creation
Peel the onions, halve them, and cut them into strips. Heat a pan with oil and lightly fry the seasoned minced meat and onions. Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, and sliced tomatoes to a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat. Dice the Vienna sausages, cooked ham, and bell pepper. Add everything to the pan and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add the peas, mushrooms, sautéed onions, and sautéed minced meat, and simmer for another 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Finally, refine the mixed sauce with the crème fraîche and season with vegetable stock, salt, pepper, and optionally paprika or curry powder. Drain the spaghetti, arrange on plates, and drizzle with the mixed sauce. Sprinkle with tarragon, if desired.
