  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 30 g seasoning mix (Taco Mix seasoning)
  • 150 g Gouda, grated
  • 300g nachos
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 jalapeños
  • 2 avocados

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Chop the vegetables as desired (dice, strips, slices, etc.). Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Fry the ground beef for 5 minutes until cooked through. Add the vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes and taco seasoning and sauté for another 5 minutes. Place half of the nachos in a large baking dish. Spread half of the ground beef mixture and half of the cheese on top. Add another layer of chips, ground beef, and cheese. Place the baking dish in the center of the preheated oven for about 5 to 10 minutes to allow the cheese to melt. Meanwhile, slice the jalapeños into rings and dice the avocados, then arrange them on top of the casserole. Serve with crème fraîche.
