Fried noodles

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of spaghetti or other pasta
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder
  • chives
  • Maggi
  • n. B. fried onions
  • some fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the spaghetti until tender. Melt the fat in the pan and add the noodles. Let it sizzle slightly, occasionally adding a pinch of salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Then season again with a little salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder. When the noodles are starting to turn slightly crispy brown in places, add the eggs and stir in. Finally, add some finely chopped chives and Maggi. Stir everything in. Now the portions can be placed on the plates, and if you like, you can sprinkle a handful of fried onions over the fried noodles. With Danish remoulade sauce, this dish is a real treat.
