Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 400 g chicken inner fillet(s)
  • Chicken seasoning
  • 200 g mie noodles
  • 180 g mung beans
  • 180 g bamboo shoots
  • 200 g sugar snap peas
  • sesame oil
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mix “China”
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and boil in water until cooked through but still tender. Season the pieces and set aside. Prepare the mie noodles according to the package instructions, e.g., soak them in lukewarm water for a few minutes and drain. Dice the onion. Whisk the eggs and season. Drain the bamboo shoots, mung beans, and pods. Heat sesame oil in a wok. Fry the onions and eggs in the wok. Add the noodles and fry lightly. Add the remaining ingredients, stirring in the chicken and seasoning just before the end.
