Crab and shrimp noodle stir-fry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g crab
  • 100 g shrimp(s)
  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 rosemary sprig(s)
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp, heaped salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, wash and finely chop the parsley and thyme. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, briefly sauté the rosemary sprig with the chopped garlic. Add the shrimp and crab and cook briefly until the resulting liquid reduces. Remove the rosemary sprig and add the cooked pasta (which you drained) to the pan and mix. Finally, add the finely chopped herbs and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan. Mix everything together; do not continue cooking. Enjoy.
