Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 pack of Mie noodles
- ½ kg chicken breast
- 1 pack of frozen broccoli
- some oil
- Soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- curry powder
- Chinese spice
- chili flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the mie noodles in salted water and drain in a colander. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips or cubes. Prepare the broccoli as directed on the package and drain in a colander. Heat the oil in a wok and sear the chicken breast cubes. Deglaze with soy sauce and season to taste (otherwise, the chicken breast will taste bland if you add more seasoning later). Add the mie noodles to the wok with the chicken and fry. Season again. Finally, add the cooked broccoli and stir in. Season again to taste with soy sauce and chili.
