Fried noodles with capers

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g pasta, cooked, leftovers from the day before
  • 1 small shallot(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • some salt
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 piece(s) butter
  • some parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the onion. Heat a little butter in a nonstick pan and fry the pasta with the diced onion over medium heat until golden brown. Whisk the egg with the cream and seasoning and pour over the fried pasta. Immediately add the capers and let everything set. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve. Serve with a green salad or simply cucumber or tomatoes.
