Mango cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cream
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 400 g mango puree (mango pulp from the can)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Malai Aam, tastes like Indian

Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff peaks form, then carefully fold in the mango pulp. Divide the cream between bowls and refrigerate until ready to serve.
