Fried noodles with eggs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 8 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cubes of stock or 2-3 granulated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta. Then add it to a pan with hot oil. Crumble the stock cube and fry, stirring and turning occasionally, until the eggs reach the desired brown color. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix with the milk. Pour the milk and egg mixture over the pasta and fry for a few more minutes until the eggs are firm. The eggs should stick to the pasta, but not stick together, so turn them over thoroughly.
