Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300g spaghetti
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour (approx. 200 g)
- 1 cup milk (approx. 300 ml)
- 2 tbsp, heaped vegetable stock powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook spaghetti according to the instructions. Meanwhile, mix the eggs with the flour and milk; you want a slightly thick batter. Add the vegetable stock (I use my own homemade stock). You can use other spices instead of stock, depending on your taste. Let the spaghetti cool down after cooking; if you add it straight into the egg/milk mixture, the egg may start to set. Mix the spaghetti with the mixture and fry in small batches in a pan with oil like pancakes. Goes well as a main course with a salad or as a side dish to meat or fish.
