Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 onions, red or white
  • 2 tbsp buckwheat flour (or other gluten-free flour)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp caraway powder
  • 1 shot of herbal oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes

vegan, gluten-free

Finely slice/grate the onions and mix with all the ingredients. Dry in a dehydrator at 42°C for about 12 hours, until nice and crispy (alternatively, you can do it in the oven at the lowest temperature with the door slightly ajar, but that’s a huge waste of energy!).
