Fried peppers with sesame and chili salt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g fried peppers
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • chili salt
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and dry the peppers. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the peppers. Once browned, season with sesame seeds and salt. Continue frying briefly, being careful not to overcook them. Serve hot on a plate, perhaps with toasted ciabatta bread with herb butter.
