- 2 large Onions
- 12 fresh Eggs
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Cheese; Emmenthaler, mountain cheese, Gouda

Instructions
- Peel the peeled potatoes and cut into eighths that are not too thick / thin. Peel the onion and cut into fine slices.
- Whisk the eggs, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, mix with the potatoes and pour into a round baking dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Put the baking dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees
