Fried Potato – Omelets

The perfect fried potato – omelets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 size Onions
  • 12 fresh Eggs
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • Cheese; Emmenthaler, mountain cheese, Gouda
  • Parsely
  1. Peel the peeled potatoes and cut into eighths that are not too thick / thin. Peel the onion and cut into fine slices.
  2. Whisk the eggs, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, mix with the potatoes and pour into a round baking dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  3. Put the baking dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees
