Ingredients

  • 2 large Onions
  • 12 fresh Eggs
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • Cheese; Emmenthaler, mountain cheese, Gouda
  • Parsely

Instructions
 

  • Peel the peeled potatoes and cut into eighths that are not too thick / thin. Peel the onion and cut into fine slices.
  • Whisk the eggs, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, mix with the potatoes and pour into a round baking dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  • Put the baking dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees
