Fried Potatoes and Cauliflower with Chicken Breast Fillet

  • 3 piece Chicken breast fillets
  • 1,5 kg Waxy potatoes
  • 2 piece Onion
  • 2 small Cauliflower fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  • 25 g Butter
  1. Boil cauliflower in salted water. Bite proof.
  1. Potatoes cooked the day before, peel and cut into slices or cubes.
  1. In a pan with hot oil and a little butter, fry the potatoes. Before the end of the cure, cut the onion and add to the fried potatoes. Season with caraway, salt and pepper.
