Fried Potatoes and Cauliflower with Chicken Breast Fillet
The perfect fried potatoes and cauliflower with chicken breast fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 piece Chicken breast fillets
- 1,5 kg Waxy potatoes
- 2 piece Onion
- 2 small Cauliflower fresh
- 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- 25 g Butter
- Boil cauliflower in salted water. Bite proof.
- Potatoes cooked the day before, peel and cut into slices or cubes.
- In a pan with hot oil and a little butter, fry the potatoes. Before the end of the cure, cut the onion and add to the fried potatoes. Season with caraway, salt and pepper.
- Wash the chicken fillets, dry them, season a little and fry them out.
- Mix the cooked cauliflower in a pan with a little butter and breadcrumbs and serve.
