Fried potatoes with bacon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 pack of bacon, approx. 100 g
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 3 spring onions
  • 2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp seasoning mix (taco seasoning)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

for a casserole dish

Wash the potatoes and quarter them with the skin on. Place them in a baking dish. Chop the bacon and fry well in a pan. Chop the spring onions and onions and add them to the potatoes along with the bacon. Season with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning. Add the olive oil and mix well. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) on the middle rack for about 30-40 minutes.
