Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes (boiled potatoes, from the previous day)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • e.g. liver sausage
  • gherkins or other pickled vegetables
  • oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

ideal for using up leftovers

I really like to make this recipe whenever I have leftover potatoes from the day before. However, if you’d prefer, you can of course cook the potatoes fresh. Heat a little oil in a pan. Peel and finely chop the onions, then fry them until translucent. Add the liverwurst, break it up a bit, and fry until browned. Add the boiled potatoes, which are then heated in the pan with the liverwurst. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with gherkins or other pickled vegetables.
