Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g jacket potatoes, waxy, not fully cooked
- Herbs of Provence
- some salt and pepper
- Garlic granules
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the undercooked potatoes into large chunks. Gently fry them in butter until a delicious, light brown crust forms. Just before the potatoes are done, add the herbs and spices and toss them together again. This dish is especially delicious with schnitzel and a dollop of green sauce, a leaf salad, and a cold beer or cider.
