Spinach and chicken pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough for one baking tray
  • n. B. water
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 400 g leaf spinach (frozen)
  • 2 small bell peppers
  • 400 g chicken breast
  • n. B. Cheese of your choice (e.g. mozzarella or pizza cheese)
  • Oil for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Thaw the spinach leaves. Prepare the pizza dough according to the package instructions with the water and let it rise in a warm place. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and brown them in oil. Season with pepper, salt, and paprika. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and place it in the oven at low heat. Cut the peppers into small pieces. Season the crème fraîche with pepper, salt, and paprika (not too sparingly). Remove the tray from the oven and add the topping. Spread a thin layer of crème fraîche. Squeeze out the spinach (drain it) and tear it onto the pizza. Arrange the pepper and chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake the pizza for 20-30 minutes (temperature according to the package instructions).
