Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg potatoes, mostly waxy
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 pack of sugar peas, approx. 200 g
  • ½ sausage (red sausage), alternatively 200 g salami
  • 1 bag of cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the peeled and washed raw potatoes into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices, the onions into medium wedges, the sausage into cubes, and wash the snow peas and cut them into approximately 2.5 cm long pieces. First, fry the potatoes in oil. When they start to soften slightly, add the onion wedges and sausage and fry. Just before the potatoes are done and the onions are soft, add the snow peas and cook for about 5 minutes; they should still be crunchy. Season with salt and pepper, stir in the grated cheese, and let it melt.
