Fried potatoes with spinach and mushroom cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 potatoes, peeled
  • 250 g spinach
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary
  • Paprika powder
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the raw potatoes, the cleaned mushrooms, the onions, and the garlic. Rinse the spinach. Heat a pan with a little oil, add the potatoes, and fry until golden brown. Add the onions and garlic. When the onions are translucent, add the spinach and mushrooms. Mix in the cream and cream cheese and season with the spices.
