Schnin's Apple Cinnamon Sugar

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 100 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 7 hours; Total time approx. 7 hours 5 minutes

for baking and refining desserts, tea and coffee or on rice pudding

Mix the sugar and cinnamon. Reduce the apple juice to 2-3 teaspoons. Pour the reduced juice over the cinnamon-sugar mixture and mix quickly. Place the mixture on the radiator to dry, for example, in winter. Or preheat the oven to 50°C, turn it off, add the mixture, and let it dry. Repeat the process several times. While it’s drying, fluff the mixture occasionally with a fork. It’s completely dry when nothing sticks anymore. Tastes delicious, for example, on rice pudding, in baking, or to enhance tea and coffee, especially in the cold season.
