  • 10 Jacket potatoes cooled
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 6 Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 100 ml Water
  • Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar or agave syrup
  • 2 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • 2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Cut the onions and the sun-dried tomatoes into small cubes.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and fry the potatoes for about 5 minutes. Then add the sliced ​​onion and fry for another 2 minutes.
  • Add the tomato paste and the dried tomatoes and stir well. Finally add the water and the spices and mix everything well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
