Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 3 medium-sized eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 tbsp oil
- 4 cup(s) rice, cooked
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, more if desired
- ½ tsp sugar, maybe a little more
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
like the Asian restaurant around the corner, if not better!
Fry the beaten eggs in the oil. Remove and chop. In the same pan, fry the meat and spring onions over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the cooked rice. Mix the soy sauce with the sugar and drizzle over the rice. Heat gently while stirring. Serve with soy sauce. Mushrooms, pea pods, and/or water chestnuts can also be added.
