Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g rice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 cm ginger
- 2 eggs
- 2 spring onions
- 1 red pepper
- Water (salt water)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Supplement
Cook the rice in salted water. Chop the garlic clove and ginger. Heat the oil and fry the garlic and ginger briefly, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat, add the eggs, and stir until set. Finely slice the spring onions and greens and the chili peppers. Add them to the eggs along with the rice and fry for about another 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
