Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g natural yogurt, preferably 10% fat
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 bag of frozen fruit or fresh fruit of your choice
- n. B. cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the fruit in a bowl and let it thaw. Chop the fresh fruit as needed. Mix the natural yogurt with the whipped cream, pour it over the fruit, and sprinkle generously with brown sugar.
