Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 heads of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • 2 tsp Aromat or Fondor
  • Butter (liquid butter), from the bottle

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Iceberg lettuce with a twist

Cut the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces, wash, and spin dry in a salad spinner. Add the melted butter to the pan and fry the lettuce until it has completely wilted. Add the splash of milk, season generously with spices, and fry for another 5 minutes. Serve with potatoes.
