Fried salmon fillet

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard, smooth (without seeds)
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp dill, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 250°C (top/bottom heat). Place a baking sheet in the oven to preheat. In the meantime, brush a piece of aluminum foil with olive oil. Place the salmon fillet, skin-side down, on top, spread a thick layer of mustard, and evenly distribute the dill and nutmeg. Carefully place the fish on the hot baking sheet and roast for about 10-15 minutes. Do not overcook (you can pierce the fish with a knife to check if it’s cooked). The fillet will be nice and crispy on the outside and remain wonderfully moist on the inside. Serve with rice and a fresh salad.
