Juicy salmon fillet from the oven

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg salmon fillet(s)
  • 2 limes
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Basil, finely chopped
  • Rosemary, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Remove the skin and bones (if present) from the salmon fillet, rinse, pat dry, and place in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Blend the onion, garlic, olive oil, and herbs into a paste and spread it on the salmon. Slice the limes and place them on top. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and enjoy. Serve with fresh baguette and a cool white wine.
