Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 sea bream(s)
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Flour for turning

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Peel the potatoes and boil them. Cut open the belly of the sea bream and remove the innards. Scale them under running water with a knife. Cut diagonally across the thick part of the sea bream from the head to the tail fin to ensure even cooking. Season on all sides with salt and pepper. Season the inside as well and add the garlic cloves and flat-leaf parsley. Coat the sea bream in flour and fry in olive oil until the skin is crispy. Then cook in a preheated oven at 140°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with the boiled potatoes. Check out my YouTube channel, where you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how I prepared it.
